How to keep up your lacefront!

Updated: Oct 5, 2021

It's easy to get slayed by Flawless Creations but it's up to YOU to maintain that slay. Here's some tips for taking care of your lacefronts...

Combing/Brushing: Even tho its secure; remember.. THIS IS NOT YOUR REAL HAIR; meaning, don't tug, pull, and be rough on it, hold the crown of your weave down with one hand when getting a tangle out. Also start from your end and work your way up; easy way to detangle without pulling out the hair.

Protection: It is VERY important that you tie down your hair at night before bed with a elastic band for max hold; doing it every night keeps your frontal secure helping the adhesive stick longer. The shower or gym is another place you need to tie your hair down (use a sweat absorbing headband for working out), although the adhesive says waterproof, we don't want to think its invincible.. too much wetness or sweat can effect glue longevity. BUT if you do sweat a little, don't worry.. just tie it down and blow dry on cool and it will become tacky again.

Touch-Ups: some can hold out a little longer if the install is well taken care of BUT, i recommend that any lacefront should be touched-up (reapplied with adhesive) every 2 Weeks for that continuous fresh look!

Removing: some people can wear their frontals until they come up on their own but i do NOT recommend doing so just because of the fact that the Adhesive i use comes with a REMOVER! Why not do it the RIGHT way ya'know! Let a professional remove your lace; ESPECIALLY if it's not ready to come up at all! Do like recommended and you won't have to ever worry about losing your edges; MAJOR KEY to success!
