EVERY service requires a NON-refundable online deposit to secure your appointment! 

Cash, Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle and Card payments are accepted when paying your remaining balance in person.
Electronic Payments should be made before leaving the chair; not on your way out the door.

If paying in CASH please be informed I DO NOT CARRY CHANGE; please pay with exact amount owed or it will be considered a TIP.
If paying with a CARD there is a $3 processing fee added to your remaining balance
 
Hair is provided for braiding services!
** to request colored hair please notify me the color # you want in the NOTES
when booking; otherwise i will only have 1B (natural black)
Curly Human hair for BOHO braid styles is NOT included

Wash and blowdry included with every service!
(price stands even if you decide to come with clean hair)

NO take downs; please have any previous style completely taken out;
failure to do so will result in rescheduling your appointment

**Services for children will be the same price as adults; must be at least 5 years of age; the stylist has a right to refuse services if your child doesn't comply

Trims are done when needed; no extra fee! If a healthy hairCUT is recommended/wanted there will be an additional $10 fee added to your service. healthy thick hair is the priority! 

**don't wait last minute.. book up to a month (30 days) early, spots go QUICK!

Tootie will not work over another stylist's work for any reason

NO refunds will be made once the style is finished; the only exception is if the stylist has to cancel your appt for personal reasons & in that case, you will get your DEPOSIT back

DO NOT expect to be done at a particular time; service lengths are estimated and may vary in time based on the client's hair

If you are running LATE to your appointment there is NO LATE FEE, but please be aware you will have a 15 min grace period to arrive before your appt is CANCELLED. Missed appts require rebooking with a new deposit.
